Tecmaze operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing to any plan, you authorise Tecmaze to charge your nominated payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting admin@tecmaze.org. The following notice periods apply:
Upon cancellation, services will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused periods.
Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced (typically within 24 hours of payment). Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 7 days and we will investigate promptly.

Tecmaze's AI chatbot service is powered by third-party AI providers. The chatbot is designed to answer general business questions and capture leads. You acknowledge that:
Upon full payment of all fees, you own the website content created specifically for your business. Tecmaze retains ownership of its proprietary tools, systems, code frameworks, and processes. You grant Tecmaze the right to use your business name and website as a portfolio reference and case study unless you notify us otherwise in writing.
Tecmaze targets 99.5% uptime for hosted websites. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. Tecmaze is not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (DigitalOcean, Cloudflare, DNS providers, etc.) or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Tecmaze collects and processes data in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988. Lead data captured through your chatbot and contact forms is stored securely and is accessible to you. We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Tecmaze's total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. Tecmaze is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss of business profits arising from use of our services.
Tecmaze may terminate or suspend services immediately if you breach these terms, fail to pay after the grace period, use our services for unlawful purposes, or engage in abusive conduct toward our team. In such cases, setup fees and any paid subscription fees for the current period are non-refundable.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria. For consumer disputes, the Australian Consumer Law applies.
